FAQs

  • What is this service and how does it work?

With Just Dial you can make international calls from your mobile. As long as 1300 numbers are in your cap plan, and you don't go over your cap plan, you won't incur any further costs for the calls you make through the Just Dial service.

  • What happens if I go over my mobile cap plan?

Well, aren’t you chatty? If you go over your cap plan you will pay the standard international calling rates/mobile rates for your carrier/plan.

  • What does "no further costs" mean?

Ok. Let's say your mobile cap plan includes free calls to 1300 numbers. There won't be any further costs because 1300 numbers are included in your plan. We won't charge you extra (as long as you stay within your cap limit!). So, it really depends what the terms are for 1300 numbers for your specific cap plan. If you're not sure, ask your carrier.

  • Which destinations can I call?

At the moment you can call Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hawaii, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and USA. But please note that access is only available to certain areas and to certain carriers. This may change from time to time and we do not guarantee the service will be available to users. We are working on other countries, so if you would like to see more countries on this list, please get in touch with us. Please also note that if you are an Optus customer this service is unavailable to you.
